About

Existential crises, dodgy hormones, good skincare and hobbies worth rediscovering.

So here’s the thing about turning 40.

Nobody warns you that you’ll simultaneously feel like you’ve finally figured yourself out and have absolutely no idea what you’re doing. That your skincare routine will become a genuine hobby. That you’ll start researching supplements at midnight. That you’ll take up a creative pursuit you abandoned at age nine and feel weirdly emotional about it. That perimenopause is a topic nobody talked about and somehow you’re now reading peer-reviewed papers about it at 11pm.

Just us? Probably not.

We started Feral and Radiant somewhere between a midnight supplement rabbit hole and a skincare routine that got slightly out of hand.

Here’s what we’ve figured out: ageing takes effort. That’s just true. But whether you’re aiming for hag, heroine, bog witch, queen or something nobody’s named yet — it’s a pick your own adventure and you set the destination.

Here you’ll find:

  • Skincare that’s evidence-based, not just pretty packaging
  • Perimenopause — the chaos nobody warned us about. Shared experiences, not medical advice!
  • Hobbies worth picking up after 40
  • Supplements we’ve actually looked into properly
  • Road trips, slow living and finding your version of a good life

Feral by nature. Radiant by effort. Welcome.
